The Role

The Project Manager will coordinate and lead project activities, applying a sound knowledge and expertise in programme/project management. Crucially requiring effective communication and management across multiple disciplines such as events, content marketing and product development.

You will work closely with the Programme Manager to define key priorities and deliver projects to a high standard. Fundamental to project success, you will anticipate, manage and escalate issues, risks and dependencies that may impact on the delivery of your project. This includes reporting on project progress and KPIs in a consistent and timely manner.

What you’ll be measured on:

  • Accuracy and timely completion of data records and spend tracking;
  • Programme/project Net Promoter Score (NPS);
  • Client happiness metrics for event delivery; and
  • Small target for bringing clients on to our programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the project activities;
  • Prepare and deliver communication plans and copy;
  • Coordinate requirement gathering, scoping, estimating and planning for single or multiple projects or workstreams;
  • Spend tracking;
  • Source venues, entertainment and guest speakers;
  • Onsite support for the delivery of live events;
  • Deliver day to day team administration;
  • Run and present reports on service performance levels, timeliness, SLA performance, and escalation of issues where appropriate;
  • Organise and attend meetings, complete minute taking and distribution;
  • Prepare regular internal and external communication to highlight current project performance;
  • Produce project documentation; and
  • Ensure consistent, accurate and prompt data collection/management.

Practicalities

  • Reporting to: The Project Manager will report directly to the Programme Manager, but will work with the whole team across the business
  • Location: North West
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 30-40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Permanent, full time
