The Role

The Project Executive will coordinate and support project activities. Crucially requiring effective communication and management across multiple disciplines such as events, content marketing and project delivery.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to define key priorities and deliver outputs to a high standard. Fundamental to project success, you will spot and escalate issues, risks and dependencies that may impact on the delivery.

What you’ll be measured on:

  • Accuracy and timely completion of data records;
  • Accuracy and timely completion of project support tasks;
  • Accuracy and timely completion of marketing support tasks; and
  • Client happiness metrics for event and programme delivery that you contribute to.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the project activities;
  • Coordinate and support activities on the run up to programmes and events (online and offline);
  • Support for the delivery of programmes and events (online and offline);
  • Deliver day-to-day team administration;
  • Organise and attend meetings, complete minute taking and distribution;
  • Prepare regular internal and external communication e.g. newsletters;
  • Build relationships with community focused companies to expand the value offering to DCT businesses and build connections across the ecosystem;
  • Manage and grow programme participant engagement via our programme portal;
  • Draft project documentation; and
  • Support consistent, accurate and prompt client data collection/management.

Practicalities

  • Reporting to: The Project Executive will report directly to the Project Manager, but will work with the whole team across the business
  • Location: North West
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 30-40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Permanent, full time
  • Start Date: July/August 2020
