You will know the challenges and opportunities of businesses operating in the sector and be dedicated to supporting leaders to reach their full potential.

As a confident public speaker and communicator, you will be at home when presenting and adept at speaking to leaders, corporates and senior stakeholders alike.

And, you’ll share and embody our values to live generously, bring clarity, believe in people and be trusted guides.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of the DCT ecosystem, building relationships and inspiring DCT leaders to raise their game through knowledge, skills, resources and connections.

Your role will be to shape and define how Form does this well.

You’ll find and create innovative ways to add value to this community whilst driving adoption of our growth and leadership programmes.

You’ll build a strong and credible network of DCT leaders across the North West who will learn from each other, us and industry partners. Ultimately, you will nurture this community to become long-term accounts, advocates and partners, strengthening our overall value proposition.

What you’ll be measured on:

  • Number of referrals onto our programmes from partners;
  • Number of companies engaged in our programmes;
  • Number of referrals on our programmes from alumni;
  • Quality of companies and their level of engagement;
  • Diversity metrics; and
  • Engagement and happiness metrics.

 Responsibilities:

  • Build a network of DCT leaders and companies at different stages across the North West by sector, stage and geography;
  • Build awareness of Form and our services in this network, resulting in the adoption of our programmes;
  • Manage, nurture and grow programme participant engagement via our programme portal and other means;
  • Build relationships with key partners in the DCT ecosystem who have services to offer this network and can refer our services to their audience;
  • Partner with community-focused companies to expand the value offering to DCT businesses and build connections across the ecosystem;
  • Build a network of advocates for Form, who can amplify our message and help fellow peers by signposting them to our useful resources, tools and programmes;
  • Work on cross-functional initiatives (marketing, operations and commercial) to develop, launch and deliver market-leading propositions based on the market needs you identify; and
  • Communicate Form approved messaging and evangelise at industry events, representing the vision and mission of Form at forums, meet-ups and conferences.

At Form, we are a small team of practitioners, collaborators and mentors who equip and support creative leaders to build remarkable organisations through a range of leadership development and consultancy programmes.

We’re fortunate to work and partner with companies like Uniform, Crema, AJ&Smart, Fjord, Unilever, Ogilvy and HP.

Practicalities

  • Reporting to: The Partnerships & Account Manager will report directly to the Strategy Director, but will work with the whole team across the business
  • Location: North West
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 30-40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Permanent, full time
  • Start Date: July/ August 2020
