Marketing & Content Producer

The Marketing & Content Producer will own the content that Form shares on its channels. You’ll get to shape how this is done and tell the stories of the most exciting an impactful changes. This is your opportunity to create and define the external voice of Form.

About You

You will be deeply passionate about using content in all its forms to communicate compelling stories and connect with audiences.

You will have a strong portfolio that could include, video, podcast, photography and print which has been used to influence, motivate, change behaviour and add value.

You will be a self-starter, capable of managing others to produce high quality content.

A strong candidate will have a proven track record of using video, blogs and social media to grow a brand that has led to more followers, greater levels of engagement and ultimately more sales.

  • Trend aware, able to identify the content that will resonate with our existing and prospect audience;
  • Obvious love of using social media personally and already following other influencers in the industry;
  • Will love thinking creatively, relishing changes every day and working self-sufficiently; and
  • Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy.

The Role

The Content & Marketing Producer will develop and distribute locally relevant and globally aspirational content to serve a leadership audience in the DCT community.

Taking full responsibility of our marketing output, you will utilise existing material and develop new content to generate awareness, traffic and conversions – expanding our audience and increasing content consumption (e.g. digital and social media engagement). Ultimately resulting in increased engagement in Form’s programmes.

While an increased audience is desirable, the focus will be on building an active audience who are Form advocates, would happily refer others to our services and become long term customers in their own right.

This will be a varied role encompassing every aspect of modern marketing. It will also include a high amount of internal and external stakeholder engagement as part of the content generation process.

Content alone won’t bring in leads – you’ll need to be comfortable distributing it via the right channels – blog, social media, email and so on.

What you’ll be measured on:

  • Number of prospects in new business pipeline from online channels;
  • Number of prospects converted through online channels; and
  • Social and digital channel metrics regarding consumption, retention and engagement.


  • Create and manage content initiatives that engage existing customers and attract new ones (types of content to include videos, stills, blogs, emails, social media posts, live stories etc…);
  • Manage all social media and content channels for Form: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo;
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (monthly budget will be available to invest in paid ads);
  • Curate marketing materials ensuring content is always fresh and current, updating regularly with new assets created by yourself;
  • Organise your own schedule in order to maintain a constant media presence targeted at our clients and prospects;
  • Evaluate and report regularly on appropriate metrics with the aim of increasing lead and conversion levels;
  • Add measurable value to Form, seeking out opportunities and creating new relationships with key influencers and brands; and
  • Explore and deliver collaborative marketing initiatives with partners.

  • Reporting to: The Marketing & Content Producer will report directly to the Strategy Director, but will work with the whole team across the business
  • Location: North West
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 30-40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Permanent, full time
