You will be well known and respected in the DCT community – passionate about seeing the ecosystem thrive.

You will know the challenges and opportunities of businesses operating in the sector and be dedicated to supporting leaders to reach their full potential.

As a confident public speaker and communicator, you will be at home when on a stage presenting to 100+ people and adept at speaking to leaders, corporates and senior stakeholders alike.

And, you’ll share and embody our values to live generously, bring clarity, believe in people and be trusted guides.

Your attributes:

  • Excellent relationship building and account management development skills;
  • Committed to and enthusiastic about making a real difference in people’s lives and businesses;
  • Strong business acumen, capable of building industry value through partnerships;
  • Strong communication skills, including media briefings, speaking engagements & partner selling activity; and
  • Excellent programme & proposition development experience.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of the DCT ecosystem, building relationships and inspiring DCT leaders to raise their game through knowledge, skills, resources and connections.

Your role will be to shape and define how the business does this well.

You’ll find and create innovative ways to add value to this community whilst driving adoption of our growth and leadership programmes.

You’ll build a strong and credible network DCT leaders across the North West who will learn from each other, us and industry partners. Ultimately, you will nurture this community to become clients, advocates and partners, strengthening our overall value proposition.

What you’ll be measured on:

  • Number of companies engaged in our programmes;
  • Programme Net Promoter Score (NPS);
  • Quality of companies and their overall success;
  • Overall company experience NPS;
  • Diversity metrics; and
  • Engagement metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a network of DCT entrepreneurs and companies at different stages across the North West by sector, stage and geography – the details of which will be used for profile insights, profile referencing, roundtables, surveys, data gathering and media opportunities;
  • Build awareness of Form, resulting in the adoption of our programmes;
  • Work on cross functional initiatives with marketing, operations and commercial team to develop market-leading propositions based on the market needs you identify;
  • Evangelise Form’s Growth programmes to the UK-wide DCT community;
  • Work with marketing and commercial to support launches of programmes and campaigns;
  • Partner with community focused companies to expand the value offering to DCT businesses and build connections across the ecosystem;
  • Communicate Form approved messaging at industry events, representing the vision and mission of Form at forums, meetups and conferences;
  • Work with marketing to design and deliver compelling, high quality events relevant to the sector’s growth challenges;
  • Build a network of advocates for Form, who can amplify our message and help fellow peers by signposting them to our useful resources, tools and programmes; and
  • Manage and grow programme participant engagement via our programme portal.

Practicalities

  • Reporting to: The Community Manager will report directly to the Strategy Director, but will work with the whole team across the business
  • Location: North West
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 30-40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Permanent, full time
