The Role

The Client Director will be the linchpin that convenes and runs the project team effectively, ensuring that Form delivers the highest quality products & services.

You will lead a small team and own the full lifecycle of the projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality standards. You will also provide reporting to internal stakeholders and manage the key external stakeholders.

You will translate requirements into operational plans, clearly and consistently communicating the purpose and vision.

The role requires effective communication and management across multiple disciplines such as events, content marketing and digital development.

What you’ll be measured on:

  • Number of companies engaged in our programmes;
  • Programme Net Promoter Score (NPS);
  • Senior stakeholder NPS;
  • Financial performance;
  • Resourcing/utilisation metrics; and
  • Accuracy and completion of data records.


  • Coordinate teams to get projects off the ground and successfully delivered;
  • Engage with key team members across functions to drive effective project delivery;
  • Establish and roll out programme/project processes that are scalable and accommodating to a growing business’s needs;
  • Manage the external profile of the programme of activity, ensuring that stakeholders are consistently engaged with the purpose and vision;
  • Ensure consistent, accurate and prompt data collection/management; and
  • Track and report programme KPIs/management information.

  • Reporting to: The Client Director will report directly to the Strategy Director, but will work with the whole team across the business
  • Location: North West
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 30-40 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Permanent, full time
